Thank you for being part of the Saint Andrew family. During our Annual Stewardship Commitment, we invite you to experience the joy of living generously. To “live generously” is to not be held down by our gifts but to be set free by them. Everything we have, our Time, our Talents, and our Treasure are all gifts from God which are entrusted with us for a purpose. That purpose does not end with you alone but with a mission for which God has created you. We are grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on that mission.
Saint Andrew Parish is here to impart the knowledge of God and God’s saving love for the transformation of the world. The success of our mission is determined solely by the generosity of our parish family and how you choose to be stewards of your Time, Talent and Treasure.
Will you prayerfully consider contributing one hour of prayer, one hour of service, and one hour of your salary each week this year in order to further our mission? To help you in your discernment of this request, we have included in this mailing a small guide. Please take some time to read it and reflect upon the questions. Not only is your contribution in the year ahead critical to our mission, your generosity will leave an impact on both you and on others.
If you are willing to take the next step in living generously, we ask you to complete the Stewardship Commitment Form attached in this letter for each member of your family. We also invite children and teens to complete the Youth Stewardship Navigator which is available when you arrive at Mass. You can also complete either form online at www.standrew.org/commitment
We will collect these forms at Mass as part of our Stewardship Commitment Weekend on November 10 & 11, 2018. It will be good to see you at Mass as we do this together! I thank you in advance for making your commitment to help advance our mission.
