There never was such a thing as a “turn key parish church.” The building is never built all at once with everything ready to go. All sacred buildings are established over time with the responsibility of each successive generation contributing to the maintenance of the building and its adornment.

On the advent of the 125th anniversary of Saint Andrew Parish, the question has come up from our planning committee, “What is our  contribution to this sacred space?”

One feature that yearns for completion is the main altar. With estimates from $30,000 to $50,000 to furnish Saint Andrew with a new marble and engraved altar, we have a restricted account set up to receive donations for this gift.
